Golden Guarantee

Our Golden Guarantee applies to the Reem Rose packages, including perfumes, body oils, and samples. Here’s how it works:

  • Try the Sample First: Each Reem Rose package includes a sample. We encourage you to try the sample before opening the main products.
  • 7-Day Return Window: If you are unsatisfied with the sample, you may return the package within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:

  • Perfumes and body oils must remain wrapped and unopened to be eligible for a refund.
  • The customer can keep the sample even if the package is returned.

General Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (e.g., personalized wedding favors) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Samples and promotional items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
